The front house is a beautiful, easily accessible home. On the first floor, there are 3 spacious living rooms, a theatre room, a larger kitchen with all amenities as well as a hidden kitchenette area, a laundry room and a dining room. The front house also comes with a portable ramp if needed for the 1 step at the front of the house. Most entrances and hallways are fully accessible with wide hallways and two-door entrances.
The first floor also comes with a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed. It also has an ensuite and a spacious walk-in robe for easy access. Showers and baths are also highly accessible.
Both the theatre room and living room come with Apple TVs with applications such as Netflix, YouTube etc. The home also comes stocked with towels and extra bedsheets.
As you go upstairs, there are 3 fairly sized rooms with each one of them having its own individual ensuite. Upstairs also has a living room with a flat-screen TV and a study area suitable for most clients and support workers.
